FAQ

Are the Brand Films customizable?

Yes, they are completely customizable! We can mix and match the different offerings to create the perfect film for you. We handcraft our films every step of the way and will create a personalized plan to fit your vision.

Do you travel?

I'm happy to meet you wherever you are! I’m based in Wisconsin, so travel fees will apply for out of state filming. Any travel fees will be clearly communicated prior to booking.

When will I receive my film(s)?

You can expect your Film to be completed within 8 weeks of filming. After sending you a private link to review your video, we will provide you with your video files. You are also welcome to use our link to embed directly on your website.

I want to commission a film. What’s the next step?

That’s amazing! In order to secure our services, a $1000 retainer is required along with the signed contract. The remaining balance is due by the day of your filming. All rates are subject to state sales tax.

We accept a limited number of clients to work with each year in order to fully devote ourselves to each experience. Please let us know if you are ready to work together!
